FAQ

When will my order be shipped out?
- Packages are handed over to USPS daily Monday-Friday, the day after you have placed your order. However, kindly give your package several days to move past the "pre-transit" tracking phase. (If you have been provided a tracking number, please be assured that your package is most likely no longer in my posession and is on its way to you!)
- This is subject to change depending on the number of orders I receive. High order volume will result in fewer shipping days per week.

Do you accept returns?
- I do not accept any returns or item exchanges. However, please contact me if your items arrive damaged! I will be happy to work with you on sending out a replacement.

Do you ship internationally?
- At this moment I only offer international shipping to Canada and Asia, as these are the 2 countries with which I have had the least amount of issues with shipping to in the past. This is subject to change in the future.
- Due to the UK's new tax policies, the EU's new VAT collection procedures and regulations, and Germany's new packaging and registration policies, I will not be offering shipping to Europe. I'm sorry for the inconvenience, and your understanding is greatly appreciated.

Will you be restocking (sold out item)?
- The following items will NOT be restocked after they have sold out: BNHA Hawks Tsum Enamel Pins, BNHA Character Profile Charms, FE3H Claudeleth Medallion Charms
- I would like to do one final run of the BNHA Hanging Character Charms, however this will only be after ALL current stock has sold.
- Any button/magnet/mirror item marked as sold out is likely an oversight on my part. (These items are made-to-order by myself and stock is managed manually.) Please let me know if there is an item that you are interested in that is marked as unavailable, and I'll adjust it as soon as I can!
